I like the way how u positioned the 2 people there, sided to side, each holding a Pokemon ball. I also like the colour combination of how they look like. However, when you try to compare both character's body size, by covering one of the characters to look at the other one. You may see that the proportion for the male's body looks smaller than it should be. It is also by seeing how the girl's body size looks longer. Even so, to further the colouring skills, you might consider to do more shading, to make it stands out compare to the white plain background.
